I agree with you Bill, I've got all sorts of stereo in my truck (I've got
137A alternator as well), and have never had any electrical noise. Not with
a CB or any other device. I did beef up the chassis ground though, All of
my stereo feeds from a distributuion block on the firewall behind the
steering wheel. I brought 1/0 down from the positive battery terminal (with
a 150A breaker) to the block as well as running another 1/0 lead from the
negative terminal right to the frame of the truck. I've not had any
problems with this setup.

Oh, and PB is the best color ever.
