Why are you so surprised no one likes them? They are a hard compound tire that doesn't
wear well and offers minimal traction according to most people, myself included. Mine were
so bad they hydroplaned, the entire time they were on my truck, on anything more than a
1/2" of water which is very easy to come by around here after any kind of rain. Their wet
performance is downright scary and I'm honestly surprised we don't see more wrecks with
Daks and Durangos in the rain.

I am suprised that everyone has so many gripes about the wrangler rt/s tire
though. Other than the fact that they lasted a little under a year (15K
miles), I had no problems with them whatsoever. I drove them (bald rears in
fact) in the snow without any real problems, and the only reasons that I
didn't buy them again was the cost of them, and the fact that they lasted
like 10K miles and the the sidewalls were way too soft for my liking. I
much prefer speed rated tires.
