Mike, test and tune will begin at 10. Usually, tracks will assign one
or two lanes for t&t racers, and other lanes will be assigned for the bracket
classes that are being run that day. T&T and time trials are generally the
same in that the same lights on the tree will light up at the same time,
i.e. a heads-up type of racing where the only thing important for each racer
is his/her elapsed time and trap speed. You may get paired with a faster
or a slower vehicle. There are no winners/losers.

For those in running in the bracket races, this is called time
trials. For those not registering in bracket racing, it's called
test & tune.

Bracket racers will generally start their actual competition racing by class
(called elimination rounds) after 1 p.m. Test and tuners can line up in their
assigned lane(s) and continue to run at the discretion of the lane manager.

If you can make, I'm positive that you will have tons of fun and get
pumped from the adrenalin rush.

IMHO, too much is made about embarrassment by first timers :-(

HTH. Bob
