Not true. Here in NJ we have the same regulation. Every dealer puts a frame
on here. Along with their lame ass stickers on the back of the vehicle. I
would'nt worry about that frame. You only get a ticket for the in NJ if
you're a douche bag. It's usually an excuse to pull someone over looking
for drugs or for havign a riced out honda. You also can't have those clear
plastic covers over your plates. People have those as well.
