That doesn't sound like a rub problem. It sounds like you are turning too sharply, in 4WD,
on a nonslippery surface. If you are on anything other than loose dirt, mud, sand or ice
you should NOT be in 4WD as you will bind up the transfer case (which will make turning
difficult) and result in a bunch of loose pieces where none should be found (read: busted
transfer case or C.V. joints).

John sorry for assuming it was a problem just that my truck in 4X4 is
rubbing very bad even makes it kinda hard to turn and i think it messed
up the alignment.
