the back side of the rocker panel is open to the elements - for ~8-10"
from the bottom seam. now that I'm actually online while I'm writing,
I'll try to dig that up....
and I just proved myself wrong. the guy I was thinking of did go out
through the bed rocker.... I wonder if I'm misremembering the
underside of my truck, too, then. not like it makes much difference,
anyway - would be easier to keep it longer, anyway.
