Well, the good thing is that its not the frame which is an
impediment to installing the HEMI - its the sheet metal. (Cowl,
and fenders to a lesser degree.) So, if the body has been
completely redesigned it would have been easy to design it around
the HEMI. So, I wouldn't count it out just yet. The part of the
truck which was preventing a HEMI install is the part that was
redesigned...
Then again, this IS DaimlerChrysler, and as we know, logic does
not necessarily apply in the hallowed halls of Daimlerdom. ;-)
