Yup. My buddy Jim Garcia. Unfortunately now he has me tagged with the
district rep who accused me of "shopping him around" when I tried to go to
another dealer. Second dealer said I had a valid claim.

Major power tripping with that bunch. You have to take them to court, which
if they don't stop jacking me around on the extended warranty refund, may
still happen.
