Leave them there. You can run into starting and charging problems
without both.
One wire goes to the head and the other to the valve cover on the
pass-side and there should also be a ground wire on the driver-side that
goes to the head.

There are 2 wires grounded at the same location to the firewall
just to the right of the window washer container. Because of the
insulating "wrap", each wire almost looks like a small lamp type wire.
One appears to run down on the pass. side and the other across and down
on the driver's side.
Anyone readily know where each wire attaches to and why
the ground? If not, I'll have to remove the air cleaner and see where
they go. Thanks.
