Check your trans fluid level and/or you may need to service it.

Subject: DML: Tranny sluggish problem while in "drive" and starting at dead
stop

i just started to get a 'sluggish' feeling while in drive and
accelerating from a stop light. or to put it better,
it now takes a little more RPMs to get the truck moving along.
like its now about at 1000 RPMs to get the truck rolling

Before this event, the truck would roll just a bit as soon as i put it
in drive

also, if i put the shifter into _first_ gear there is no problem. it feels
solid.

its almost as if its not starting out in first gear when you start
from a dead stop

any ideas?
