Its very easy to remove. I don't recall the exact details,
but once you disconnect the rubber connectors at the TB and
the airbox, there should be just a couple/few bolts holding it
in place. (Should be pretty obvious when you actually get in
there and take a look at it.)

I believe it is just one molded unit which can't be taken
apart (Not without cutting it open, anyway...)
The plenum is basically a smooth tube, with a cutout right
in the bend area (on the outside) which opens to the rest of
the plenum.
