From your posting it's unclear as to the interior dust accumulation.
You say the whole truck is "dirty" but I assume you feel the dust on the
instrument panel has nothing to do with the exterior grime??
If you've been operating the truck in very dry and dusty conditions
then, whether you had any windows open or were running the A/C in the cooling
outside air mode, or just allowing outside air to enter the cab, you have 3
possibilities there as to where the "dust" is coming from.
But since you've complained to your dealer who has washed his hands of
liability it must be something far more complex. Maybe some List member has
had a similar experience?
