Andy has a 5-speed, so holding shifts isn't really all that big of a deal.
As far as wearing on the engine, as long as he sits in his driveway for a
few mins to let oil press build and such, he'll be just fine. I did that
for 40k miles until i blew up my motor (i overreved at the track...had to go
for that .01...) and the cylinders still had the cross-hatch where there
weren't parts of them missing.
