You can use it on another vehicle, but you have to return the first one back
to the stock tune which gets stored in the MicroTuner first. It's VIN locked
only while the Superchips tune is uploaded into the target vehicle.
The risk of loaning the tuner out is someone who sends it back to you
without first returning theirs to the stock tune and then the tuner is
worthless to you. All you'll have is $20 and a fancy doorstop.
