Actually, it doesn't look bent. It looks like there excessive run-out at the
companion yoke. Got a dial indicator?
Locate it where the forward yoke is welded to the main shaft & see what kind
of reading you get., then do the same at the companion yoke...
Another way to check would be to mark the shaft at every 6 or 12 inches with
a piece of chalk, & then take your indicator readings on the marks...
If the the readings get larger & then start coming back towards zero, the
shaft is bent...
If the readings keep getting larger, somethings probably misaligned...
Looks like the forward yoke & shaft area are running true, but the run-out
seems to get worse as the pic pans towards the axle...
Is there any play in the aft yoke area? Might have a bad U-joint there,
causing the yoke to throw the centerline of the drive shaft to run in an
eccentric...
Or the rear end might not be truly aligned to the tranny...
