Read your fine print. What does the "powertrain plus" warranty
explicitly cover, and what does it explicitly not cover.

One could argue that the SC caused undue stress on the drivetrain. Your
tranny was built for the power your factory V6 put out. You overloaded
that. You can try pulling out the Magnusson-Moss Act but you're in for
a struggle.

Are you still in Liverpool? Which dealer did you go to?
