speculation of restricted supply or increased demand? no extra wars,
no big travel time coming, etc. that's all the evidence I need to
convince me that it's just more toying by the Big Boys in control.
in other news, propane fills are still at a decent price around here -
$11-$12 for a 20# tank.... I've been going through those pretty quick
in the garage =)
