That was my point, why bore a 318 that much, when a 360 block is fairly easy
to find......or just stay with a .020 or .030 over bore
and make due with 390 ci.

The additional 12 ci is not worth the risk of a hot running engine due to
thin cylinder walls, and not being able to get 1 more rebuild
from the casting should something go wrong.

Pre-'76 318 castings are getting very hard to find that are in good enough
shape to re-use.

on another note.......Those stroker assemblies look like they may be set up
for racing only......NO STREET USE may have been intended.
