It's easy:
Look at the harness above the junction connecter (big white connector near
the parking brake assembly). It runs right next to the clutch linkage and
rubs (if it gets too close). If the wires are not cut/rubbed through, just
pull the harness towards the kickpanel and down (Zip-tie it if required to
keep it from moving back). If the wires are damaged...take it to the
dealership for the FREE recall.
I've already done quite a few of these and it only takes about 5-10 minutes
if the harness isn't damaged.

Ok. There has been a recall on my truck that I havn't done that involves a
wire harness under the dash. Says the clutch pedal rubs it and that it'll
make the wipers and some of the lights act funny if it is damaged. So this
is prolly the cause. I did try to peek under there to see the harness but I
didn't see anything close to the clutch pedal. I'll take a another look in
the daylight. Can anyopne shed some light on where I can look specifically
for this?
