Gee, I'm sorry if I offended anyone. What I was
saying came from a person who has been a Dak
and Ram recycler for 15 + years, as long as I've
had Dakotas. I guess he was off by part of a model
year. He had told me that ALL '93s and up to '96
had the exact same assembly he sold me. You
seemed to misread what I said, I did say that he has to remove the pump from
the tank to change
the in-tank filter. And I DID NOT say that the pre-
ssure regulator\filter was in the tank. I said that it
is on the top of the pump assembly, that makes it
outside the tank. These are two separate assem-
blies I'm talking about. I've changed 6 or 7 in the
last 12 or so years, I've just never worked on a '92
or '93, sorry.
