yeah it is.

I don't know what it cost him, but it definitely wasn't cheap. it's a
new custom built D44/D60 setup (no swaps have a perfect width, but I
bet a waggy would be close enough) with a 5 link in front. you can see
the 4 parallels + panhard best in this picture:

Both upper and lower links go to a replacement trans/tortion bar
crossmember, with the lowers straight under the frame and the uppers
just inside <http://tinyurl.com/239ux> (looking back towards the
member; lower link on right side, upper on top, front driveshaft on
left)

The panhard runs bottom right to top left in front of the oil pan, and
attaches to the frame next to the steering box.

plenty of engineering (albeit pretty easy to dupe) on someone else's
[t/d]ime....

but the best looking results I've yet seen - mostly becuase he kept it
down-to-earth, while far too many others just look too damn tall.
