If you call them, they'll tell you that your lifetime warranty will be
voided if you use them on a lowered vehicle as well. They weren't any help
to me either via email or on the phone, and all i was looking for was the
shock measurements so that i could order shorter ones if need be. Once the
rep heard that my truck was lowered she all but hung up on me. bitch.
