Everything but the inner tie rod ends will be "easy" to replace if you're
reasonably mechanically inclined and can put things back together the way
they came apart. Inner tie rod ends are rediculous to replace, you need all
sorts of special tools. It might be cheaper and easier to price out a new
rack, or do everything else yourself and just have the shop do the inner
tierod ends.
