TJ... let's see if I've got this straight.

1. You used to be able to chirp the tires and it felt like you had good low
end torque.

2. Then you lost it.

3. Then you installed the blower and the low end is still missing.

FWIW, the way I would diagnose this is to re-visit any changes you made
between items 1 and 2. Something you did in there isn't right or you
disturbed something seemingly unrelated to the physical changes you made.
A dried out vacuum line perhaps, or maybe something keeping your throttle
from going wide open. Or the distributor not properly indexed? Plugs
gapped too wide? Stuck open EGR valve? The basic idea here is to not rule
out anything you may have touched no matter how unlikely it may seem.

Now I know this sounds too simple but I've seen it happen....any chance your
parking brake is partially on?
