Wiper recall

Can anyone w/ a dealer connection fill us in on any specifics? My USPS
forwarding still isn't working I think (2 weeks after moving, I have yet
to get anything) so I may not get the recall notice. Is it all vehicles
in the noted model years, is there a range of VINs (production sequence)
that's affected?
