Somebody had previously asked Cummins about a price on a NEW motor and they
told him $10K.. which seems very steep since the 6 cylinder isn't usually
even that much.
As for how long to pay for itself.. just doing some rough figures.. I came
up with a bit over 80K miles to break even.. so even at 100 miles a day..
it'd take a few years. but it would still be a Cummins Dakota after the
miles were done.. and the Cummins would barely be broken in.
