Has the MML been down for the past couple of weeks or so?

Maybe the drones at my isp have cut off delivery to me "thinking"
that I'm being spammed! They have previously cut me off twice from
the DML ... seems that they can't phantom anyone wanting to receive
so many e-mails :-(
