>- -Did you order the 4150 airhat or the 4500 airhat?
4150

>- -How difficult was the installation?
Easy, but I had to dremel a little on the air diverter plate to clear my
hold down bolt. I also drilled a hole into the hat to attach a fitting for
the valve cover breather so it would be "legal" smog wise. You will also
need to fabricate an "S" bolt as the included bolt is too large for our
TB's.

>- -Clearnace issues?
None for me. Bernd said his throttle linkage wanted to hit the hat in his
truck. I did not find this to be the case on mine. Hood clearance is fine.

>- -Any tips or hints, or is it fairly bolt on?
Nothing other than the above. It's about as simple as it gets as far as DIY
mods.

>- -Throttle Response?
Improved across the entire range.

>- -Gas mileage?
Don't know, I couldn't keep my foot out of it after freeing up the power :)
But, I traded in the truck in before I could really get enough miles on it
to see if there was any difference.

>- -Did the intake and exhaust notes change?
Intake noise is a bit louder over the stock hat with tube and cone K&N. If
you are still running the full stock air box, the noise increase is
substantial, but still pleasant and only apparent when you really get on it.

>- -Overall satisfaction
100% satisfied.

>- -Comments?
Get one and you won't be disappointed.
