I honestly don't see what the big deal with seatbelts is. The bottom line
is that you're required by law to wear whatever seatbelts that come in your
vehicle. Wear them and be done with it.

In Gary's case of special needs people, I can see making exceptions to the
law, but for the normal run of the mill individual, just wear the thing or
accept that you can get ticketed for not wearing it.
