Here in the peoples republik of Illinois, it's a sport. They actually had
roadblocks here in Springfield a couple of weeks ago, expressly for that
purpose - giving people seatbelt tickets. Think about it, a seatbelt
ticket is much easier [and safer] for a cop than say, a DUI. More donut
time...
