Do all you normal mainenetance on it..
On a Dakota I personally wouldn't hesitate with a trailer that only weights
4000#.. I used an '86 Plymouth Turismo to pull a 3500# trailer from Phoenix
to Chicago. If your concerned about the transmission and it's working fine
now.. when you do the fluid change on it. If it's an AT.. add a tranny
cooler to it.
