By means of a simple resistor...as in flashing too quickly (which is
common), you should not use your average Radio Shack resistor - you can
either get the ones tested by the company (and included in some of their
kits) or pick one up yourself - (50W...not 1/4, 1/2, or 1 watt). They're
also not installed in-line (as some have tried).
