option three!
sell the truck outright. unless the loan is extremely upside down
(i.e. more than you can handle) that's the winning solution.
if the loan is upside down, it would be nice just use the money from
the sale of the truck to pay the loan down as much as possible right
away, and then have just a few months' payments left to make with
little capital accruing interest. However you'd have to refinance that
debt somehow since I don't think Ford credit would like having a loan
out without a corresponding lien =)
