Unless he's running a cowl induction hood and it's somewhat sealed up (but I
agree with Ray if it's just open and no insulation from the engine heat).

Ron, that's a good choice if you only care about the sound but a bad choice
if you'd like better performance. The heated air that filter will suck in
will cost you more performance than you gained from the Dynomax exhaust.
