Seriously, the guys idea isnt too shabby, just his execution is a tad off.
I'ld bet he sank more into the yellow tape than if he woulda invested the
$1.19 for a hose clamp. If he wouldnąt have been so hillbilly and took some
more time to plan, I think he could have pulled it off better.

Seriously, he could have easily put a 9x3 round cleaner in the scoop, then
made a flange to seal up at that elbow.

....just to show all of you when others see junk, the enlightened see
potential! :)
