Hmmm, could be. I know up in this area, the mortgage companies
are the ones which require it, but he has a private mortgage. Also,
the home is actually a quad, so its got a few shared walls, I'm not
sure how that affects things; maybe the homeowner's association
has an overall insurance policy or something.
