Get a scanner on there and find out what the STFT and LTFT readings are.
There are several other items that can cause this, CTS was one of the easier
(and less expensive) routes.

First of all, I'm kinda sorry I seemed to have started "bad blood" here but,
when I first put the new sensor in it seemed to have run normal for a day or
two. But now it's starting to do the same thing again, starts first crank,
sputters for about 3 seconds, then the idling levels out to normal. Oh
well, just something I have to learn to live with I guess. No biggie. ;-)
