Just buy one of those Prestone kits at Walmart for like $5. I did it on my
jeep and let the hose run for about 10 minutes. I was amazed at how much
junk/dirty water came out of a 50k mile engine.

Removing the drain plugs will allow you to remove anything heavy that might
have settled in the water jackets.
