I would suspect that for 2000, the best place is still Dodge itself. Or
mayebe e-bay for used.
One thing about the newer vehicles is they have a gazillion manuals. At
one point i decided i wanted them all, and after the main FSM, there's
probably 4 or 5 thinner (diagnostic) ones. Haven't really used them yet.
