One thing that would worry me about a tonneau with velcro is that
it seems nothing that I have ever owned which used velcro has ever
lasted... Shoes, clothing, etc. It seems that eventually the velcro
just stops working. There is an industrial grade velcro which doesn't
use a "fuzzy" part, essentially both sides are "hooks" (not really
hooks more like little sticks with balls on the end of them), which
I would expect to last, perhaps this is the type that Sportmasters or
other "velcro" tonneau manufacturers are using? If its just standard
velcro though, I'd be a bit wary of it - might want to check with
owners to see how it lasts 5, 10 years down the road...

(Nothing against Sportmasters, and for all I know maybe the
stuff lasts for 50 years, but given my personal experience with
velcro, that's just something that comes immediately to mind
as needing some research before spending the dough.) :-)
