No need to floor it or move the throttle when checking these values - Just
start the vehicle, let it warm up and switch into Closed Loop operation and
watch the STFT (and LTFT) readings. It shouldn't be more than +/-10%.

Both show adjustments going on when in closed loop.

To clarify, I probably should have said 0 at wot, which is
one of the open loop operations. I haven't checked readings for either in
open loop operation other than wot.
