  Hi Jason,

    I don't remember what the fill plug looks like on the AX-15, I
keep thinking of the plugs on my transfer case which IIRC, take a
hex tool like an allen wrench. I'm not sure if the corners you
rounded off are "inside" or "outside" corners? If its an "inside"
deal, then probably vice grips, etc. aren't going to be of much use.
(Perhaps a dremel tool to cut new edges?)

    At any rate, if you don't feel like messing with it feel free to
hold off until Daktoberfest, and we could probably figure out something
down here. :-) If all else fails, and its a steel plug (magnet test?),
we could probably weld a nut or lever on it to break it free.
