Not really required unless you plan on changing out the cam in the future
(make sure the springs are rated for the specs on the cam though). However,
not a bad idea if on a higher mileage engine (50K+ miles).

when you upgrade from the stock rockers, to 1.7RR's, do you need to replace
the stock valvesprings with the R/T springs? if not, is it recommended (i
