'98 and '99 published a tow rating identical to the regular 2WDs in
the sales literature, but due to the suspension it was actually much
less. Dodge eventually corrected themselves after legal action was
taken/threatened, they bought back some trucks, and offered a
non-buyback option to those who wanted to keep their truck (or felt it
wasn't worth it).
