Hi,
It's been a while, but I was away from my desk. I went under and measured
my pipes. It seems that I have 2.5" OD pipes before and after the Cat and
Muffler. Is this right? I'm now questioning myself on how replacing a
stock 2.5" pipe with a new 2.5" pipe (granted different muffler), would make
that big of a difference?
Is increasing 1/2" really that big of an increase, or am I all wet?
Also, the WLK-17353 lists for my truck, but it also lists it as a 3" pipe
all the way out.
I was also looking at getting the Catalytic Converter CTO-9185 from Summit
as well (since mine is going bad). This is a 2.5" in and out (same as
stock).
Should I be looking at this or do I just need to keep my pipes and replace
the muffler (replacing entire Cat pipe due to low cost and ease of install).
