There are a few TSB's for the 4.7L engine - miss at idle and other engine
performance issues - flash updates.

I have the same exact problem on my 2001 4.7...For that matter my buddy has
the same thing on his 03 Ram w/ the 4.7...Could just be a glitch in the
motor..
