I can see removing the A/C, but leave the heat. Trust me, if you pull it
you'll regret it. Plus, if you have a fan failure, you can run the heat in

I don't claim to know a lot about the TF cam, but the E303 cam is a very
nice cam and you can get lots of good power out of it. I haven't done the
research on this stuff in 4 years though, so YMMV.

You should talk to Shane Moseley and see if he's got a base fuel map
available for the megasquirt for the Ford 302. IIRC, he mentioned something
about it in the past. I'm getting a laptop in the next couple of weeks so I
might be persuaded to help you tune the thing once you get it on there...
