What about line-x, Rhino or Herculiner?

I want to do this to Christine's frame. Herculiner I could do myself.
Granted this isnt the look one would want for a show truck, but for an
offroad rig I think its perfect. I could do it myself. But I have one
problem - how the heck do you get inside boxed sections of the frame??
I can see where sand blasting would work for that - but what about
applying the liner? Even if you spray it - its not going to be easy to do.
