Yep, when you first register a travel bug on geocaching.com, I
believe you can essentially create a web page for it; can put
pictures on it, and you can specify a "goal" for a particular
travel bug. Whenever somebody looks up the code for that bug,
they can see all that info. So something like directions or an
objective would definitely be doable.
