When I ship headers to Europe, I charge my normal price + the exact shipping cost from me to the customer (so if you want UPS XXX it would be so much, if you want it through the USPS (cheapest) it would be so much, etc.)
The JBA headers don't weigh very much for the V6, so not a big deal.
I live 5 min from JBA too.
